Melinda Nicci is a Sports Psychologist, qualified fitness trainer, best-selling author, and has been an advocate for women’s wellness for her entire career. She is the brain behind MBody and the heart of the company. Her passion for women’s wellness and female empowerment fuels what we do, every single day.

Melike has over 16 years of training and experience in both medical and holistic health. She has trained with world-renowned masters and medical professionals in breathwork, including Dan Brule, Judith Kravitz, Dr. Richard Brown, Dr. Patricia Gerbarg, and Patrick McKeown. She is specialized in multiple breathwork techniques, including functional, performance-focused, somatic, transformational, regulation of the nervous system, method-based breathwork and stress training, and alignment of breath, body, and mind. She is passionate about empowering people with medically safe, science-backed, and practical toolkits that fit in with their daily lives.
